Starting in September we have devised a plan where you will cover both of these in two back to back sessions. You will have a full-body workout in a small group but with all the benefits of 1-2-1 training.
Running every morning Monday-Friday at 9:15am until 10:45am.
These two sessions will usually be £20 each but as a special package offer will be £15 each. Or pre book 3 of these sessions a week for just £75.
